Spaclean window cleaning services was launched in Yzerfontein in March 2016 redefining window care with a touch of finesse and devotion. Our staff are the heartbeat of our team carrying out each task with dedication and precision care. We spritz and cleanse using a spray bottle with very little purified water and natural cleaning additives, meticulously attending to the glass and frames. We understand the significance of window frames and this defines us. If the frames are not cleaned regularly, the salt corrodes the powder coating applied to the aluminium. As part of our service, we inspect the hinges and will notify you if there is a problem.
When we clean the doors & windows on the INSIDE & OUTSIDE we open all the windows and doors and clean the inner frames as well as the frames on the inside and on the outside. When we clean the doors and windows on the OUTSIDE only, we clean the frames on the OUTSIDE and wipe down all the window sills. With new buildings, we endeavour to remove all the cement and paint, even though this is the responsibilities of the tradesmen. We cannot however guarantee that all the above will be entirely removed after a first clean because we DO NOT use scrapers. We are therefore not responsible for any prior scratches on the glass or frames.
Our understanding of your requirement based on your request for a quotation is that you need all your Glass doors, windows and frames cleaned initially (OPTION A) and possibly monthly within a 4-5 week time-frame at a discounted rate (OPTION B).
However, should the time between cleaning exceed 5 weeks OPTION A will be applicable. We encourage our clients to use Option B. Cleaning windows regularly keep environmental contaminants like salt, acid rain, hard water and oxidation off your window panes saving money by extending the life span of the glass and frames.
